I wanted to thank you again for an incredible eye-opening experience. Though I was not surprised by some of the reports insights and I knew about them deep down, knowing that this is me and there is no need to change myself gave a me a sense of relief I have needed for a very long time. I’ve also learned things about myself that I will try as much as possible to incorporate in my daily life.

Virtues and Teams
My team and I worked on identifying our top 3 virtues and defining what these meant for our team. I just wanted to let you know that this session you suggested for our team was very well received and the outcomes were really great.
Anyone needing more Purpose…
I have spent a lot of money on programs to help me find my purpose. Coaches to books and any resource I could possibly find on the subject. Nothing has been as helpful as your book. I loved the way it helped me find a more relaxed approach to discovering my purpose. Before I thought it always had to be a big grandiose subject and I believe now this predisposition held me back. Having my purpose be “so simple a 5 year old could understand” really helped me realize that my purpose is to love and serve other people starting with my wife. I was relieved because that was something I could do every day.
There’s a lot more great things about this book I could go on about and how it’s helped me live more purposefully and created a better relationship with God and my wife but I thought I would keep it short and just say thanks and I will recommend this book to anyone looking for more purpose in their life.
Thanks for the amazing resource.
Hospitality
We are back after what the entire team thinks, was an incredible few days together.
Your work with us has been instrumental at this very important stage of our journey and has allowed a relatively new group of senior leaders to better understand and become excited about each other and what each person brings to the table.
It starts with me, and I cannot stress enough my takeaway of really making the investment in understanding each other first. I’ve always known how important this is, but with all the people change in the midst of the peak business season, and perhaps having already done this once before, I didn’t make the time right out of the gate other than at a superficial level. I can now see that I wasn’t modelling this with each new member of the team. I also appreciate that at the end of the day it starts with me.
By engaging you, you took our team one giant step ahead by giving us a deeper dive of ourselves and most importantly, what we really “need” from each other, where we go when we don’t get it, you showed us how to get the best of each other and in fact in any relationship. This is golden! I am so thankful that we did this within the first five months of this new team coming to be.
We spent Friday in a strategy meeting and for the first time, I saw a lightness, a greater understanding and appreciation of each other, a rallying cry and lots of fire in the belly. All the rights steps on the road to becoming a high performing team. I am excited about the possibilities of the future. You gave that to us, and I can’t thank you enough. It re-affirms just how important it is to have an expert lead the way with the Birkman assessment as an incredibly powerful foundation.
CEO Testimonial
Dave Phillips was a critical advisor during my transition into the CEO role. In a world of underrepresentation of women in the leadership ranks, Dave Phillips is making his contribution to the solution.

The purpose mission work I did with Dave was the most impactful thing that I have ever been through. I review my Purpose, Mission and Vision work probably every two weeks and haven’t changed a word in the past 5 years as the process was so well-thought-out. It’s really been very impactful.
It has led to the launch of my consulting business. Purpose, Mission and Vision, in that order, really helped define a proper scope or activities in my life.
