THE VALUES VAULT
Explore what you value. Discover how to live it.
What is the Values Vault?
The Values Vault is a space to identify, define, and understand how to live your core values (or as we call them, identity values) — not as ideals you admire from a distance, but as qualities you practice.
Inside, you'll name what matters most to you, understand the difference between believing something and embodying it, and build a personal practice for bringing your values into your actual, everyday actions.
What is an Identity Value?
Identity Values are the unchanging foundation of your character. If someone were describing your character, without describing your actions, this is what you’d want them to say.Â
Why This Matters
These values guide the direction of your life. They're the foundation of your purpose — of who you are. How you apply them, in your personal and professional life, determines the quality of your relationships — and ultimately, the quality of your life.
How to Use the Vault
1. Complete The Values Game. It introduces you to the different types of values and helps you narrow in on your top 3 identity values.
2. Explore the Vault. Each value has its own trove of resources — definitions, quotes, real-life applications, and stories — to help it come alive.
3. Build a practice. A way to return to these values in your daily actions. A coach or mentor can help you shape this, or you can build it on your own.
The Values Game
This exercise was built after years of confusion over values — is travel a core value? What about a love of painting, or organizing? Or strategizing — or does integrity feel like a core part of who you are?
Dive into the three different types of values, and get guided to your top 3 identity values — the ones the Vault explores below.
